Job Responsibilities:

• Independently analyze requirements for medium-to-large product releases, design test plans, and identify potential risks and critical issues.
• Independently write functional test cases, develop appropriate test plans, and execute test cases.
• Independently conduct functional testing for product releases, track defects, and drive timely issue resolution.
• Develop testing tools to improve testing efficiency and optimize workflows based on existing process issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with 8+ years of testing experience in internet products, casual games, or IAA applications. Experience in managing a testing team is preferred.
• Proficient in independently breaking down requirements, designing test plans and test cases, and experienced in functional, API, compatibility, regression, and other types of testing.
• Skilled in using testing tools such as Jira, ZenTao, Charles, and Postman. Familiar with basic SQL, with the ability to develop testing tools and optimize testing processes.
• Strong ability to conduct root cause analysis and post-incident reviews for online issues. Detail-oriented, responsible, logical, and able to work under pressure.
• Experience in iOS/Android testing, multilingual adaptation, and advertising link testing is preferred.
