Job Duties
- To assist the Customer Service / Marketing Department to implement after-sales support service
- Proactively identify parents/clients' needs and development
- Maintain good relationship with existing and potential clients
-Booking & Enquiries: Handle phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp to schedule and confirm appointments
-Client Support: Answer general enquiries and handle situations with patience and empathy
-Admin Support: Handle data entry, update electronic records, and assist with daily tasks
We Need
-Languages: Good spoken and written Cantonese and English (Mandarin is a plus)
-Traits: Mature, organized, pleasant, and able to multitask;
Skills: Excellent communication skills to handle different and specific enquiries
-Experience: Form 5/DSE graduate or above, with 1–2 years in customer service (preferred), reception, or hospitality. A knowledge of the education industry is an advantage
