We invite applications for the post of IT Technician.
Job Duties
· Day-to-day running of school networks, IT systems and AV systems.
· Provide in-person, email, and over-the-phone technical support to staff, students and parents on hardware, software, computer services and school applications.
· Prepare documents, operational manuals, and user guides.
· Work with vendors and system integrators in implementing effective IT solutions.
· Administrate various systems.
· Manage the whole lifecycle of ICT equipment including procurement, inventory, provision, and disposal.
· Responsible for ICT-related contract renewal and service subscriptions.
· Handle ICT-related administrative tasks.
· Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
The successful candidate should:
· Hold a Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related discipline.
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
· Proficiency in computer hardware and software including Windows Desktop, Mac OS, MS Office and back-end administration (Windows Server, AD);
· Proficiency in Network Administration, Setup and Troubleshooting;
· Experience in Office 365, Azure, SSO, Jamf Pro, Apple School Manager, Google Education Suite, Backup Server, system integration or server administration is an advantage.
· Experience in programming and AI LLM setup/troubleshooting is an advantage.
· Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
· Passionate about learning new technologies and improving existing solutions.
· Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
