Pros
The only redeeming quality was the friendliness among colleagues.
Cons
1. Poor Management and Nepotism: The company's management practices were poor, with a clear bias towards hiring and promoting individuals based on personal connections rather than merit. Incompetent employees who were close to the management were given preferential treatment, undermining the principles of fairness and competence. 2. Favoritism and Lack of Adherence to Policies: The bosses displayed favoritism towards certain employees while attempting to portray a facade of impartiality. This resulted in some employees being allowed to disregard company policies, leading to an extremely unfair working environment for others. 3. Subpar Employee Benefits: The company provided inadequate employee benefits, such as a meager monthly medical allowance of only $200. Additionally, the salary offered was below market standards, further diminishing the overall compensation package. In summary, GT was a company characterized by stinginess, impractical thinking, procrastination, unfairness, and incompetent management. I do not recommend considering employment with this company.
