JEC Assistant Project Manager (APM) reviews

- Management contributed a bad organization structure. The O-charts for each sub-BU changes every year. - Disastrous e-procurement system (Ariba). Bad planning that a procurement team with 3 supporting staff. Spent over 10M HKD on this rubbish without benefits. - One of the oldest E&M companies in HK (Almost 100 years) but no inheritance of documents including drawings, test forms, and submissions from older generation. No common library for document sharing within JEC. Without template, colleagues have to spend a lot of time on every submissions. - Innovation is only a slogan. Not much investment or additional human resources into it.
