Lalamove data team is so great. - Works are easy and simple - Business unit are nice and does not have much requests - Bosses are chill and timeline are generous - If you finish your work, they do not care what you do in office - all team leaders are business people who do not know much about tech but they trust you on your technical work and give much freedom to you

Cons

- the infrastructure is bad. Data engineering does not do a good job in resources management causing slow query - DA team seems do not have much to do. Basically BI engineer work on all stuff - Salary is lower than expected if compare the workload with DA and DW
