      Pros

      Very lenient with work arrangements and has the best work culture I have ever experienced in my 12 years of career. They have a low resignation rate because of this. They are very result-driven so they don't care how long you work for the day for as long as you deliver. You have the power to say NO if you don't want to render overtime. Very good health insurance benefits as well.

      Cons

      The org is unstable. Lots of reorg that sometimes lead to lay-off. The org is flat so it is also difficult to get promoted to a higher level I would still recommend this company to anyone I know.
