      The culture here is genuinely people-first. As a Senior Engineer, I feel trusted to manage my own work without micromanagement. Great emphasis on Agile best practices and continuous learning. The team is very collaborative; everyone is willing to share knowledge. Being a B Corp certified company adds a nice layer of purpose to the work we do. Good work-life balance and hybrid working arrangements.
