- A high growth company - The process and system keeps improving - A lot of opportunities to take lead in projects and responsibilities as long as the staff is capable - High visibility into the business and a lot of sharing/training across functions

Cons

- It is a high growth company with startup mindset, the process and system is ever changing, the work in any 2 months are slightly different. People here must be very flexible and willing to change and adapt - System is always under intensive development to deal with the rapid growth and change in environment, do expect to do things manually for some extended time before the system enhancement arrives. Staff self-developed tools before system enhancement is quite common, so staffs must be willing to try new things. - Half of the staffs are within 2 years, so everyone is exploring their actual role and responsibility in the team and it is needed to organize the works efficiently, otherwise, it is extreme easy to run into too many meetings to just align works with others. - Some teams may have to work with members across different time zones
