6 million, huh? 🤔
At what point is it okay to slap a coworker? I don't know why, but I have coworkers who feel way too comfortable getting into my personal business. I've been married for eight years and we don't have kids. My coworkers are obsessed with asking me when I'm going to start having babies. My husband doesn't have to deal with this crap (we work at the same company). I swear, I'm knocking out the next person who comments on my age or says time is running out to pop out a kid.
being in public accounting feels like being in an abusive relationship
Does anyone else feel like PA is just a series of partners pulling up the ladder behind them? First it’s my firm getting rid of promotion from SM to partner, now they’re saying they’re reducing promotions from manager to SM. So we get to work long hours for mid to decent salaries, trash bonuses, and uncertain if any long term pay off. I would quit to industry immediately but honestly industry job market/salaries are high key ass
When do we officially stop being young professionals? I've been thinking of myself as a young professional this whole time, but I'm 38. Can I still claim to be young?
Do you think age (or perceived age) factors into promotions or raises? Curious about the typical age that people are promoted to principle, sr. manager, manager, etc, or does the vary by industry? I’m on the younger side but have a lot of work experience so wondering if age will hurt me in future promotions
Huh is right
Huhhhhh

6 million layoffs
6 million math problems. It will be 2090 and there will still be “survivors”
