Hello . I am currently facing a major career crossroads. I am feeling deeply frustrated and burnt out at my current job and am contemplating resigning. I do have a financial backup/savings cushion that can support me for a while, but I am trying to decide whether I should resign immediately for my peace of mind, or push through the struggle a bit longer. I want to upgrade myself, 19 Years of Exp in Software testing domain. Pls give inputs.

I attended a TCS interview last week. Both the Technical and Managerial rounds were conducted on the same day in a single call. The next day, a recruiter called and informed me that I was shortlisted. They also mentioned that HR/recruitment would contact me for document collection. However, I haven't received any communication since then. Has anyone experienced a similar situation with TCS? How long does it typically take for HR to reach out after being informed that you're shortlisted?Tata cons

Citi vs. Fidelity Investments (Chennai): Which one should I pick? I've got offers from both Citi and Fidelity Investments in Chennai for a Software Engineer role (2.5 YOE, Java/Spring Boot / Angular). Both are offering 18 LPA, though Fidelity initially offered 15 LPA but matched Citi's offer. If you've worked at either of these companies (especially in Chennai) or switched between them, I'd love to hear your honest opinions! Which would you choose and why?

Need one suggestion. I Just got my offer revoked because of BGV fail . Actually in august 2023 I joined capg and absconded it in 28 days. I have joined another company on 1st septemer but capg credited the salary till 18th sept and put the lwd as 18th on my EPFO account now after 3 years I got layed of from this company and facing a problem in joining a new one.
