Alibaba Group Operations interview questions

3 rounds, need to interview with the senior, department head and the last round is HRG. Used 3 different languages during the process including English, Mandarin and Cantonese. The process is super well-organized and some questions are difficult to answer but you will learn a lot from the interviewers.
