I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England) in Sep 2021
Interview
Referred by an internal employee, then received an invitation link to the online assessment through email.
After passed that, I was invited to the final round, which is a 3 hrs virtual assessment day. It is divided into three parts:
- Two 45mins behavioural questions interview sessions (Based on their 16 leadership principles), two leadership principles were discussed during each session (4 principles assessed in total), both in the format of "Tell me about a time that...".
- Followed by a 1 hr case study session. The case was about to convince an external vendor/seller to sell on Amazon. Candidates will be given 30mins preparation time after the interviewer shared the case. After that, is a role-play case study interview, where the candidate will play the role of Amazon employee and the interviewer as the external seller.
