Amber Group Manager interview questions

Terrible experience. Hiring manager was impolite and never looked at the camera. Busy in changing meeting room and not listening. She kept complaining she was busy whole day while the interview has started 5 mins. Was thinking Amber has a flat culture while the lady was hierarchical. Believe that interviewid-senior level bother interviewer and interviewee has the fair ground to discuss. Fast-growing fintech should have embraced this culture. Nope, she was the boss. Just a traditional people jump into a startup and can't give away her high position in good old days. Even worse than executives in traditional finance companies.
