Arrow Electronics Account Manager interview questions

The interview took about 2 hours. Open conversation. We spoke German and Spanish with some team members @Arrow. I talked about my current job and discussed their vision, team and tasks I would be asked to perform. By the end, I asked what were the benefits. The interviewer was reluctant or made it seem an irrelevant point to touch. No answer (YES/NO) and it's been a month.
