CICC Associate interview questions

4 rounds of interviews. 1) HR, 2) Hiring manage, 3) Other teams, 4) Senior managers. The hiring manager was excellent and nice, asked about many relevant questions and provided his own insights.

The interview process lasted for 1.5 months with 4 rounds of interviews. There’re over 5 interviewers in the first round interviews asking technical and scenario questions. The later rounds are with team heads or representatives from other collaborative department.
