CommonSpirit Health interview questions

The interview process was very standard, two step interview process. The first was with HR to verify resume and experience, then the second was with the home health team leads to discuss specifics of experience and describe roles and responsibilities of the job).

They took their time getting to know me and asked me clinical scenario questions which were really helpful and eye opening. The interview took roughly 45 minutes. Both people interviewing me were very kind.
