Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (New Rochelle, NY) in Jun 2026
Interview
I interviewed for the Management Trainee position at the New Rochelle, NY location with the regional recruiter. Towards the end, she looked me in the eye, smiled, and explicitly promised a direct follow-up regarding the next steps. However, literally less than 60 seconds after the call concluded, I received an automated system rejection email...It is completely unacceptable to look a candidate in the face and give false expectations, only to let a computer automated script do the dirty work a minute later. It shows a severe lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic respect for an applicant's time and effort. Rejection from jobs happens and is something I can handle, but since obviously they can't handle it professionally on their end I figured others should know. Not good for your reputation Enterprise!
