First: One telephone interview (time 17 minutes). Questions about my past experience were made: The overall form was: Tell me about the time you were..... One week later, I got the invitation to a personal interview. Personal interview of one hour and 10 minutes. It was a one to one interview. Some of the questions were made, to know about my personality. Others were directly related to my personal experience.
