The assessment day consisted of two parts: a group case study discussion and a one on one interview. This was done at either the HQ in Birmingham or their Edinburgh office.

Give an example where you have used data analytics to solve a problem
I hold an MSc in Business Management from Hong Kong Baptist University, where I focused on corporate finance, governance, and evidence-based management. My bachelor’s degree in Education Management also included coursework in financial management and economics. Professionally, I’ve worked in roles requiring financial analysis, client service, and audit processes, such as my time at Elubo Rural Bank and West African Primate Conservation Action.
