I just attempted the first process of interview. It went smoothly and I am looking forward to the next step. The interviewer looked very close and handled everything good and polite

Very pleasant interview with the manager. Had an engaging conversation where both parties were able to communicate expectations. However, from the back end HR is distant. Communication felt one way since the call was scheduled at their convenience, lost after interview without any update.
