Entrevista tranquila com a pessoa de RH. Tudo correndo bem, porém a entrevista foi abruptamente finalizada quando eu compartilhei minha pretensão salarial (baseando-se no que eu já tenho de renda hoje + estabilidade versus risco de ir para uma outra empresa). Sinceramente, na próxima vez poderiam perguntar isso antecipadamente para que nenhuma das partes perca tempo no processo.

After talking to the recruiter and the hiring manager - both conversations went very smoothly, not challenging, hiring manager very friendly - I got ghosted. Waiting for 2 weeks and then receiving an automatic rejection email, the one being sent to anyone who sends CV and gets rejected. No feedback, nothing. Never again.
