I made until the second phase. First online application. Second Group assessment in Barcelona.
After you pass the online application they offered me various alternatives where to do the group assessment. I personally had a bad experience because I had to get a flight and they only confirm less than 24 before the actual assessment.

In the group interview they didn't ask specific questions, we just had to solve a case study of a store that was doing bad.
First was an online Meeting, After that an very difficult, but short math Test and next is a group case Study. After that, there will be an interview with the HR and After Passung that, an Interview with the COO
