It was easy but it was a team call and there was like 20 people inside the call. i would prefer if they interviewed me in a private call instead. but it was easy
I applied online. I interviewed at Zara (London, England) in Feb 2025
Interview
The process was quick and quite competitive. After applying online, I was invited to an in-store group interview with around 10 candidates. We introduced ourselves and took part in a few group exercises focused on communication and teamwork.
I was then selected for a one-on-one interview with a store manager, where I was asked about my experience and how I would handle customer situations in a fast-paced environment.
They clearly value personality, energy, and an interest in fashion over extensive experience.
I received feedback within a few days.
Overall: Fast, dynamic, and very focused on attitude and customer service skills.

Question 1
What would you do if a customer is unhappy with a product or experience in-store?
Easy. Conversational, they just need to hire ppl that will work their hours. I was nervous at first but the person that interviewed me was really nice. If you have experience with retail already you will probably get hired
