      Likely to work on interesting multi-country projects but rarely realistically resourced or planned

      - Likely to be exposed to multi-country projects - within projects, typically you'll play multiple roles

      Cons

      - little / no employee development plans. Everything is ad-hoc, knee jerk and firefighting - lots of fiefdoms - management by fear, micro management. No encouragement for innovative thinking. Employees focused on and encouraged to cover backsides. - work output/quality is generally just enough. Rarely is it of a high standard - no conscious business processes. Most seem evolutionary and bureaucratic. - project schedules unrealistic, over-scoped and badly under resourced

      Some Group teams not respects their people

      Pros

      - Multi Country projects - Works on strategic projects - Some group departments more focus on people than other. They hire good talent and treat better.

      Cons

      - Asia IT is very defensive, yells and not open to ideas - No realistic planning everything is urgent and important. Too much long hours. - IT contracters brought in to save day but does not grow permanent people. -little respects for subordinates and colleagues.

      Flexible internal procedure (Cons too) Global project reach Good fit if you are aggressive type, but not progressive type

      Cons

      Long working hour ( you are sold to this company) No respect from management ( slave type) Chaos internal procedure . Crazy project timeline and workload. Blame culture. Finger pointing style
