FSEs are nice and friendly. Most people on the team are willing to help.

The production line is on fire every day since customers keep on pushing us on literally everything, while there is no structure from ASMPT to work properly. Documents and procedures are in a big mess because there every team member is just super busy and no one handles this. The training exists BUT it is NOT ENOUGH. The machines are super complex and the training is just 1-2 weeks and we have to go fix the crappy tools. Some bosses are just not good enough to lead the team in such a dynamic environment. Sometimes, it feels like they don't even care about the work. The pay is just average or on the low side. And they expect everyone to work hard. How does that make sense? They didn't even have a raise in 2023 even though this Key Account team was the only team that made some orders in the year. The senior management (in the HQ) does not care about employees at all! Sadly, the only thing they care about is cost saving. A lot of good people left the team recently, which is not surprising at all. They really need to change if they want their business to survive. Competitors are knocking on the door.
