      Pros

      - In the beginning a lot of autonomy, leaders spoke with vision and confidence (initially). - Great marketing and decisive.

      Cons

      - Unless you speak some Chinese, you will struggle. - Organisation is flat and messy. - Initially joined and negotiated a decent package, but once the industry went down, they will reneg on everything. - Owners are smart and intelligent but lack the maturity and trust to their team to deal with actual managerial issues.

      Dynamic start-up in the crypto space.

      Cons

      - company culture is toxic and management does not do anything about it. - mismanagement of people and not caring for their employees is rampant. - senior management including their CEOs, CFOs and CLO do not have any people management skills.
