my manager is a good performance coach and arrange weekly review to see if I am needed for help

poor relationship with commerce clients: we receive complaints on our services don't even think my manager has enough knowledge to pick up my area, limited support during the interview process and keep asking questions about the role specifics business development: quite stressful and the comments are harsh

Great environment, sharing, good group of people to work with, everyone was bright energetic and from different places, I loved my manager

Cons

Management can abuse power easily, seen management (AD levels) asking senior/mgmt consultants to source for them and then giving them only 1% of what they deserve for basically doing all the work. Responsible for driving talent out the door when you abuse your power.
