      Pros

      It use to be "almost a brand" until all the designers that made it so, were forced out by management from the RMJM Leftover Henchmen Crew ... Now all those "Cool Atkins Designs" such as the propeller towers and the waterfall hotel are songs of dead soldiers

      Cons

      British Male Dominated culture, which, if working outside Europe means you will be harassed constantly and if you ever get past the workload that is dumped on you...and you won't ...

      - bad management of the company in general -Long working hours -Low salary -Really slow personal development, you are going to spend nights drawings detail and uneccesary drawings and 3D models to meet crazy deadlines -big turnover

      Good benefits, decent office, salary is fair

      An incredibly toxic environment, full of incompetent people who have no integrity or ethics. An amazing lack of knowledge about the industry they're in. Big company so lots of paperwork, processes, hierarchy. Management is incompetent, with very old-fashioned, outdated views. A dinosaur of a company in a fast moving, dynamic industry!
