      Pros

      Lot's of opportunities to develop, global coverage, great drive for success, entrepreneurial spirit. Great people in many markets. Fantastic heritage.

      Cons

      Company is in transition. New CEO seems to have right approach, but it is too early to say and company is still run by "old" CEOs, who have a selfish attitude and rather limited ideas about modern FMCG strategies. Poor carrier development process.
