Management treat people more like machine than human. They basically want one person to be doing five people’s work with little to no training. Lots of early morning and late night meetings required without compensation. At times, even if you work until midnight, you will still be required to show up in the office on time the next day. Dirty washroom, unfriendly coworkers, high stress environment, low paying, low job security Mass firing could happen any time depending on the market wellbeing.
