      fake reporting and no team work culture

      Only require very basic skill/technique but yet a high salary.

      Cons

      No planning at all. Management ask many objective, workers always tell lies to their boss and management feel satisfying with these lies and count it as their successful story.

      The salary is approximately higher than the competitor. However, incremental is extremely low

      Cons

      I have been working in the bank for more than a year and i find their management policy very chaotic. There's no work life balance. Everyone has to work till 9 pm everyday and the chance for promotion is limited. People here always promote their diversity of trainings but indeed there's no time for staff to attend any of the trainings.
