      Good graduate program and a good introduction to finance environments

      Cons

      Consultancy work isn't as well payed as working for firms directly. Management are reluctant to change anything to improve conditions

      - Great training - Good opportunities for tier 1 client exposure - Good networking oppertunities with other KDB devs

      Cons

      - Make no mistake, this is not a tech company, its a consultancy. be prepared to move if they ask you too. - Pension and a few other benefits are really not great, definitely worth seeking advice on how to improve on these.
