      Very social company, lots of young people starting out careers can make the environment fun

      Cons

      Sub-par pay and bonuses, bonus not entirely tied to performance, care too much about 'Core Values' and company culture

      Lots of young friendly employees Great head of engineering

      Cons

      Pay is less than ideal, made to work in some very unrewarding client roles. Definitely marketed to companies at a massively higher rate compared to pay received. And awful holiday allowance and unpleasant HR department
