Pros
Flexible work time (between 8:30am-7pm work 8 hours normally). 1.5-hour lunchtime. Open office, refreshing environment. If you are in junior positions, the seniors usually discourage OT culture. Turnover rate is not high. Top management is usually friendly.
Cons
Depends on the team you belong, some will gatekeep information to keep their jobs secure. Teams under the same department may be cold to others who are from a different team. Every 4 hours OT is given 0.5 day offs instead of OT pay. No WFH policy. Some departments need to visit China factories regularly, a time-consuming activity if you live far away from the borders.
