As a conglomerate, Emerson offers employees many career opportunities in different Business Units / Functions / Geographic areas. Middle Management are very focus to deliver business results. Little to no office politics. Overall a great company to work for.

Cons

Below market rate comp's and ben's. Senior Management loss focus on where to take the company. Stock price struggle to go above $60 for many years so stock options do not worth much.
