Pros
New name but the same senior management, which is a notorious Boys Club..you know who!! Having a great opportunity to meet famous people at the office. Googling these people names and will find amazing individual stories you never be imagined in global professional industry.
Cons
Always same salary increase(2~3 percent per year) with low start point. High turn over and finding new young kids in the house because of this policy. Only good looking client service(?) people and no brained dumb middle managers, who can not find any job outside, are staying at the company. Oh also, Boys Clubs, too.
