The benefits are decent (medical). Most of the people are friendly and nice. Not a bad first job for 1-2 years.

Work environment and company culture aren't great. Lots of pressure from headquarters and from the director/management. No vacation days the first year, and then 6 days a year. No career advancement opportunities.
