We take these issues very seriously and have a whistle blowing policy in place for concerns such as those you raised. Regarding company-wide communications - our 2016 Employee Engagement Survey results showed our staff wanted enhanced communication methods to disseminate information across the firm and at all levels. We took this on-board and have implemented numerous strategies globally and locally including: CEO global calls, employee engagement action plans, together with introducing Yammer (an internal comms tool), a staff well-being App, and revamping our internal Intranet. Of course, this is ever evolving and we are always open to feedback. We also appreciate your positive comments on what we’re achieving around work life balance and salaries since we strive to ensure we offer competitive reward packages and provide recognition to employees.
