Pros
Matured system which makes your life easier, as your job requirement is pretty clear based on your position. Combine that with a lot of internal tools and AI assistants. Decent package and benefits. Work life balance is also decent in my department at least.
Cons
Layoff issues every year which makes it stressful. In my opinion, only recommended if you're chasing that high risk high rewards kind of job and if you don't concern about your job security. Maybe a con: getting promotion is extremely difficult if you're not exceptional in your skills with strong work ethics.
