Very Poor Management and Company Structure - Anonymous employee ESDlife Employee Review

Really poor company and team structure - no resources and have to undertake responsibilities that supposed not belong to you. Management is stressful, always change their mind and it’s hard to follow. Some people are irresponsible and hard to work with. To be honest, I don’t recommend this company to anybody unless you want a tough work life.
