No good - Programmer ESDlife Employee Review

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with ESDLife, and I must say that my time with them was far from satisfactory. The company's overall project management was poor, leading to a myriad of issues and an unproductive work environment. One of the glaring problems I encountered during my tenure was the lack of proper documentation. Vital project information was often missing or outdated, making it difficult to keep track of project progress and objectives. This deficiency not only hindered effective collaboration but also led to frequent misunderstandings among team members. Furthermore, I found it alarming that the company assigned tasks to staff members that were well beyond their job duties. For instance, programmers were asked to perform SIT and UAT testing. This practice not only affected the programmers' productivity but also compromised the overall quality of the testing process.
