      Everyone is chill and no rushing, get off from work punctually.

      Cons

      Different offices using different systems and workflows, many workflow and data are not well managed and old, not easy to cooperate with other departments or teams. Salary is not increasing.

      Nice company with so far so good compensation. Very stable and work life balance.

      Cons

      Difficult to get promotion. It's easier if you left the company and back to a higher position.
