Medical Plan Annual leave Few good and make sense managers (very few) Nice and helpful junior level staff

Office Politics - prepare yourself to get stabbed from day one of your employment, you maybe human but working with all kinds of beasts in Rome Colosseum , turn yourself into beast is one of many ways to survive Nonsense and immature management - Inexperienced director grade staff ‘pretend” understand different biz/ vertical very well and make laughable decisions/ suggestions No technology in a so called travel technology company Hiding information and non transparent management- this ve been appeared in other reviews , not hard to understand the company might not want all level staffs to realize the company doesn’t make profit all along with very limited margin and huge amount of overhead ...ipo seems to be the only exit and satisfy few’s greed Share Option is never an option on 99.9% of hiring for the Unicorn company

Fast‑growing and international startup with supportive culture and steep learning curve

International startup so a lot of times meetings can fall outside normal hours due to time zone differences/different regions.

Pros

Bullish on future Tavel trends. Nice co-workers.

Cons

Company is based in APAC and the US team does not get the resource they need to be successful. US leadership team sits overseas and has no clear direction or idea of what success looks like, or what is happening in the markets you’re working so hard to win over. Strict PTO policy and no days off for religious observances. Witnessed HR terminate employees health benefits without notice, leaving a colleague with pre-existing conditions condition's coverage.
