      Toxic culture. Small circle politics. Favouritism in hiring and promotion in murray. No rules for top .

      Cons

      Wasteful spending by top management purely for personal preferences, with zero benefit to the business. Misuse of company resources at its worst.

      1. Nice staff restaurant, they provide 4 meal a day 2. Always solve problem together, instead of blame someone. 3. Salary is acceptable.
