      The only point is Friendly co-workers

      No empathy, business is business No warning before sanction, it falls on you even though you never had any notice If you don't make money, you won't stay. Bounded to contract They'll minimise your level to minimise your salary which is based on a level scale

      Easily accessible office that is central located. Working level coworkers are friendly and pleasant. Treats are provided once a week to staff. Many food options available nearby for all people. Hybrid WFH.

      1. Bullying culture by leaders often concealed 2. Join only if you are alright with long working hours and weekends
