      - big corp so good for the future career path

      Everything!!! Unsupporting team, zero handover, no workflow, unclear work scope The benefits are bad. Only 12AL. They offer 1 hr and 15 mins lunch but then you need to leave late. Total working hours are 9.5 hours which is harsh I was never briefed that I needed to work on weekend. My supervisor just notified me without asking if I had any plans

      Pros

      Colleagues are easy to work with. Have lunch provided in the office.

      Cons

      Worked in a services apartment. The management style is completely top-down and they will say that you have space and freedom to work, but reject all your opinion. Manager will gaslight employees.
