      free lunch but only a few would touch the lunch boxes

      Cons

      it's a private company which has more bureaucracy than the government. horrible management - old school and bossy. unreasonably long working hours - official hours are 9h25m long. outdated technology - every device they have in the office seems to be from the 90s.

      - big corp so good for the future career path

      Cons

      Everything!!! Unsupporting team, zero handover, no workflow, unclear work scope The benefits are bad. Only 12AL. They offer 1 hr and 15 mins lunch but then you need to leave late. Total working hours are 9.5 hours which is harsh I was never briefed that I needed to work on weekend. My supervisor just notified me without asking if I had any plans
