WORST COMPANY - Associate, Project Management Toppan Merrill Employee Review

Everything about this company is bad. IF you join here it means you will have no work-life balance. Management is poor and the PM team is split into different groups, so if you land yourself in a group that is close with the manager then you are fine otherwise you are in deep trouble. I have seen people waste 5-6 years of their life here. I wish i learned my lesson earlier. Also there is hardly any opportunity for higher position and the salary raise is quite bad given the amount of workload. Very low bonus as well. Bottom line - Run away while you can.
