      Pros

      Mostly everything really. It's all great and connecting and growing. And awesome charity support, unfortunately now mostly negating consequences of ruzzia's war against independent Ukraine. Sport activities, events, initiatives, really it's the best I've seen so far.

      Cons

      Compensation maybe. But this is subjective, I mean could be that I'm not good at negotiating my reward.

      Pros

      Zoolatech is an intermediate company, they arrange you to work with one of their clients. Reputable company, friendly atmosphere, great events

      Cons

      no salary increase (not even inflation rate) timezone difference with clients can be an issue
